Is your testicle swollen?  It could be a simple infection that antibiotics can take care of....try not to worry but I would suggest calling the doc to get it looked at!

You need to have that looked at as soon as possible. It could be what's called "testicular torsion". That happens when the testicle gets twisted inside the sack of the scrotum. Like the above poster said it could also be an infection. Either way it needs to be looked at. If it is testicular torsion that would be an emergency. The blood supply would be cut off and you could lose your testicle. Don't want to scare you, but at the same time should scare you enough to get it looked at. You should never let things with your genitals go. Take care of yourself "down there". And I don't mean the way you already do/did. Wink wink!

I hope everything works out.
