Wound not healing (diabetic and 60yrs old )

My mother in-law fell down from the treadmill and wounded her leg, its been 2.5 months her wound is not healing. its has grown and now a white color water discharge also comes out, only a soft brown layer has formed on it.
She is diabetic(high and low both) and have high blood pressure also. she is 60 yrs old.

    It is well known that wound healing takes a long time for diabetic patients. She should go to a hospital and get the pus fully drained out and wound properly got dressed. She may also need some antibiotic treatment till it cures completely.
