A clinical evaluation is very necessary for determining the exact cause of your symptoms. Gas in the digestive tract is the commonest cause. The common signs and symptoms associated with intestinal gas are abdominal pain, flatulence and abdominal bloating. Bowel obstruction, diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, kidney stones are few other conditions causing pain in left quadrant of abdomen. Avoid taking hot spicy and fried food .You may try taking some antacid for pain relief .If the symptoms are severe and persistent seek medical help. A clinical examination and work up will be helpful. Treatment will be specific based on the cause.
Best wishes and regards!
