heat sensation in lower leg

by bikertrash, Nov 01, 2009 01:42PM
Hello, I am a 40 yr old male, and i have been having a heat sensation in my outer right calf.It only last for a split sec, sometimes when i cough its there.no other pain or anything.I have had one of the most stressfull years of my life this year, from my children to,the ex-wife,the live in girlfriend, her kids, and had a big issue with the law, plus i drive truck for a living.Ihave been under alot of stress, and have had stress haedaches. After looking on the internet i have come to believe its a sciatic nerve issue.I keep a large wallet in my right rear pocket, and am in the sitting position alot.I have no other health issues to my knowledge.Therfore i would say between being stressed and improper posture,it is probably the sciatic nerve being pinched.Iam going to remove my wallet and see what happens.wallet in right pocket, sensation in right calf....hmmmm.will also take some b-12 just to help out.my doctor seems to agree that its a pincned sciatic.
hope this helps someone else as well....but iam no doctor.
good day !
