hello im a 22 year old male im white 5'7'' 155 pounds and im healthy iv had some symptoms of low testosterone so i went to the doctors and got it checked and i found out that my total testosterone was 6.49 from a scale of 2-8. and i found out that my free testosterone was 7 from a scale of 8-27 those levels were taken in the morning. i also had my levels checked at night and my total testosterone was 2 from a scale of 2-8. and my free testosterone was like 4 from a scale of 8-27. so my doctor ran some blood work and everything came back normal. he checked my prolactin levels and they were normal. i got an mri on my pituitary gland and there was nothing wrong with it.what could be wrong with me why is my total normal and my free is so low i heard that the free is the more important one. i also had my fsh and LH levels checked to and they were ok. but u know what when i got my testosterone levels checked at night it came back low like i explained up top but also my fsh and LH came back low also my doctor said it was kinda weird that my fsh and Lh were low. he said that when testosterone levels get low that the fsh AND LH LEVELS SHOULD BE HIGHER BUT THAT WASNT THE CASE FOR ME. my total testosterone levels are normal but my free levels are low. and i have no liver problems. and i have no health problems.

You could try taking supplements to increase your free testosterone levels naturally.  Tribulus supplement would be a good start.  You can also try taking supplements like 6-OXO, 17-HD, or a great product called DIESEL TEST 2010.  I take DT-2010 this supplement for the gym.  It contains many minerals and vitamins, which will increase testosterone, naturally.  You can check it out at GETDIESEL.com.  If you choose to purchase it, or any supplements for that matter, go to bodybuilding.com.  That site has lots of nutritional info, including tips on how to increase free testosterone levels.  Good luck!
