Hi Ayaz, some late news just read about this and its this, do you own a lap top? and do you sit with it on you alp why working on it? then you are cooking your testicles, its the heat from the lap top kills your sperm, so zero sperms.
Also if your a chef, the heat from the ovens which is crouch high also cooks your testicles, it seems its a common problem with chefs.
So all you need to do is stop useing your lap top on your lap or keep away from the ovens, and in around 3 months you should be shooting live sperm.

Also, if you have not been examined for varicocele, please ask the doctor or urologist about it.  Those are like a varicose vein in the scrotum, and sometimes can cause infertility by heating the area too much for survival of sperm.  But they can be surgically mended, restoring fertility.  Be sure that is not what is going on that gives you a 0 sperm count.

Hi Ayaz, Sorry for the pain your going through, see if you can get any solace from this info.
Regardless of what causes your zero sperm count, there is hope! There is a procedure referred to as TESE (I think this stands for testicular sperm extraction). A urologist who specializes in male factor infertility would perform the procedure and would search for sperm in your testes.your doctor may give you a 50% chance of finding sperm, using this procedure. This would be paired with IVF and ICSI (where they inject the sperm, if found, directly into the egg). Through this procedure, men with no sperm in their ejaculate have gone on to father biological children. One thing to consider is if you have a chromosomal issue, it or other issues are more likely in your genetic offspring.
Don't give up hope yet.
Good Luck
