Hi Look if your having a problem with premature ejectulation, then just go to pegym and search out edging, its a simple exercise to stop it and will help you last longer.

this works almost every time , masturbate 2-4 hours before your sex nite , that can prevent pre cumming , im 34 the first time i had sex with my wife im with now i shot off before i got in , yeah it was bad , but its ok , if that does happen , just stop for a few mins, than try again , there is no shame my wife was very pleased that she did that to me , but her mouth was the ultimate decider in that one  , if you dont know what a clit is , learn , you cant go wrong with that , and women love oral , keep that in mind , take your time , and do it right , you will have nothing to worry about , women are just happy they can get you off , they worry about that more than anything , and once you start you wont stop , trust me there is no other feeling in the world close to what sex is , and what it means between 2 ppl anyway good luck !

First of all, every man wants to have sex with a virgin. For some reason, it's very special to them. I mean other than the fact that it's tighter and untouched.

Second, Men generally hit their peak sooner then women. You can however, have multiple orgasms and ride on  one orgasm for a few minutes. Having an orgasm at the same time is a very common myth portrayed by romantic films.

There is nothing to be embarrassed about. When you're new, you're new and it can't be helped. One thing I know for sure, explaining how you feel is very important. If he understands you're thoughts and opinions, he can answer your questions, and he can better understand what you're afraid of.

Hi, look when it comes to sex, you will face a whole new world, have you not beem messing around with girls then that is the start of the learning curve, its things like getting into a girls pants, getting her bra undone with one hand, and going home with sticky sticky pants and smelly fingers, look if you have got that far without shooting your load in your pants then you are nearly ready for the real thing, real sex is the next thing, premature ejeculation is something all men go through, as for ED forget that one till it happens, first night frights and not getting an erection, is not ED, you can trust me on that.
So just go and find a nice to romance, and just wait for it to happen, and go through all of the above, and then enjoy your sex life.
Good Luck
