My boyfriend aged 44 found large blood clots in his stool today and is quiet concerned. There is a history of cancer in his family as both his parents passed away in their early 40's From cancer, could this be related. What causes clots in the stool?
Hi Tam, sounds like hemerroids. When you get them, either interior or exterior, the blood stays traped and once the bubble pops the old blood comes out in the stool. Has he been constipated or having a lot of gas?
Has he had a PSA test done? It through the blood and pretty simple. What type of cancer is in the family?
and be sure to see a doctor about this. Sounds like hemerroids for sure.
