Hi,The only thing that will for sure increase your sperm count,is methyltestosterone.Taking 10mg.2 times a day for a week on 2 weeks off, doing this 3 or 4 times will do the trick.Doctors have known this for years and have used methyltestosterone for years for this purpose. It will also slow down the aging process, they have known this for years also in fact many doctors themselfs have took this drug for years to kept there immune system strong due to seeing so many sick people. The problem is that body builders for years have abused this drug and has now made it hard for the average Joe to get it.Body builders take 10 times the amount I am speaking of along with 1 or 2 other steriods.Naturally they had problems and every one staring jumping up and down about it and made doctors almost stop giving it.The drug however is making a come back in the U.S.,and more doctors are starting to give it.Do not take androgel, straint,or testosterone shots as they will shut down the production of sperm to almost nothing,Methyltestosterone will not.Good luck.

There are some schools of thought that say supplementation can help with motility and quality of sperm. Things like zinc, vitamin E, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Lysine and ginseng are also good supplements to try. Despite women TTC being told to cut back on caffeine, some studies have shown that caffeine on the male's part helps to increase the motility of sperm.

All of these supplements can be found at any drug store, walmart, etc. Some places like GNC may carry an all in one supplment that contain these same ingredients.
