Masturbation once a day is quite normal for your age.  You do need to develop interests that will get you outside in the fresh air.  Eat fresh vegetables and fruits and lean meats/poultry/fish, and use fast food and pizza type things as occasional treats.  That goes for soft drinks also.  If you drink those every day it will mess up your blood sugar and you will get diabetes.

Get healthy and don't worry so much about wanting to masturbate once a day.  No biggy.  Just means everything is working in my opinion.

Masturbation is a normal  and natural habit. Masturbation has nothing to do with your general health. Take care of your general health with good food, exercise, keeping your mind relaxed and not being worried about masturbation. Try to stop it for two months. If you can't stop it , do it sparingly. Do not masturbate with dry hand. use lubricant.Do not fantacise or visualize intensely.Keep your perineum (muscle between legs) relaxed. Empty your bladder before masturbation. You will be OK within two months.
