purplish bruise like spots on glans penis

Since last July I've had these purplish spots, two on top and some smaller ones running up the right side of the Glans. They never change, they don't hurt. I've been seen by my primary and a urologist who both wern't sure but didn't think it looked like STD or cancerous. I've been sick since August with various throat swelling problems. Thought It might be HIV so I've been tested well outside the window period and I'm negative. I have had a dermatologist appointment scheduled since last November (For Feb 2nd) and the wait is incredible and is making my anxiety shoot through the roof.

1. Does this sound like anything anyone has heard of before?
2. Can vigorous masturbation lead to damaging the blood vessels? I used to do what's called 'The Denial' when I came which is pinching it off til I could get to a toilet or something. The marks look oddly in place with where I pinched...

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I know this isn't a doctor moderated forum but you can generally find good advice here. Thanks. Sweating it out til Feb 2nd.

Yeah, I'm sure it'll turn out fine. But in the meantime what I've seen as far as Fordyce Spots don't match up with the purplish bruise looking things I have. Fordyce seems to be white bumps. These are big purple spots. Which is why it has me worried. Thanks for responding ryn21.

None of your symptoms are typical or atypical of HIV.  Your symptoms are likely magnified by your anxiety.  More than likely, you have some minor irritation, maybe some conspicuous fordyce spots.  It doesnt sound like any STD.  Wait for the derm to examine you, which the prognosis will likely be nothing serious.
