small red bumps on penis

i am 15 and have never had sex. i had started to get smalll bumps on the shaft of my penis, about the size of a needle head. theu are white and raised and very small. i also have warts on my left hand and was wondering if the bumps on my penis could be warts?? how big are warts supposed to be when on your penis?? Also i have deep black heads on the shaft of my penis, and they never go away?? PLEASE HELP

i have noticed there have been some small lumps going up the shaftt of my penis, and just today i noticed there is a big black bump near the tip of my penis, i am not circumsized and it almost looks like the lump is full of blood, is the lump just because i stretched the skin to m uch or do i have a disease??


please help me

They dont sound like warts.  They sound like sebaceous cysts, maybe just pearly penile papules.  Neither pose any health risks.  They are a part of normal male anatomy (in most males).  If you want a better description of them, see your doctor and have him or her give you a better explanation.  Your fine!  Enjoy the better years of your life!
