strange feeling in testicles and lower abdomen

Back in mid July I started noticing a sort of fullness in my testicles. While sleeping it felt like they were swollen and were being squeezed between my legs as I rolled over or in any position where my legs were together. I also have a very vague feeling of being kicked in the nuts in my lower abdomen. There is no real pain, but this is something new. I've examined my testicles and they appear normal in size and shape and nothing seems out of the ordinary. I had a full blood test just a few months ago and everything was normal. I've also considered the possibility of a hernia and have looked for any signs but there are none and I don't recall lifting anything really heavy or having a sudden pain during exercise or anything like that. Anyone have any idea what may be going on or should I just ignore it since I'm in no pain?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply NOHARD. This started in mid July. I am an otherwise healthy 57 year old, 5'10" and 180 pounds. I am not going to do any exercises that require lifting heavy weights or heavy abdominal. Hopefully it'll resolve itself after some time. You're not kidding about problems after getting older. I've been healthy my entire life and as soon as I hit 50 I started getting aches and pains and every day seems to bring more strange issues.

Hi Dave, you dont say how long this has been going on, but us men dont need to do much sometimes to get a small strainthe thing would be give it a week and see how it goes, just keep of any exercises for that time, and try not to lift anything heavy at work.
The problemis as we get older things take just that little bit longer to heal.
Good Luck
