What's wrong with me.

I have been having very frequent urination problems,  something like twice an hour during the day. No pain or blood though. No matter what or how much I drink I'm always thirsty. There's a pain in my rectum when I make a bowel movement. And I wake up about four times a night with cramps in my lower extremities.

I'd check your blood glucose levels.  Speak with your doctor.  Sounds like the symptoms I had and it turns out I was diabetic....  Diabetes is not a death sentence and is controllable.  Get that looked at by a professional.
