What I described, are breathing techniques, and you need to do it everyday to benefit. Read my post several times and start doing the pranayam. You have to do it yourself and help your body to get better. It will definitely help you.Think positive.

You have been through a lot of tests. I have something very natural, which will improve your body systems gradually.Start today and post your feedback, every week for 4 weeks and then monthly feedback.Do not give up this pranayam.
To to get relief from headache/migraine naturally, the full pranayam exercises are described below.Do it seriously, regularly  and at the suggested duration, and you can call it a cure or control without medication.
Initially do Anulom Vilom (as much as you can) for the fist few days and then start the full set of pranayam. This works gradually, so allow time (1 week upto 24 weeks) and concentrate fully on the breathing. Avoid cold drinks and drink warm water.

Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.
Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 15 minutes twice a day. Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.

Anulom Vilom -  Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed. Remember to take deep breaths into the lungs.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 15 times

Continue the pranayam once a day to stay healthy. The factors helping are the extra oxygen and the relaxation(reduced stress) you get when doing the breathing exercises.

Hi,
How are you? If the pain is still present, inform your doctor about this for a stronger medicine. You can also try complementary and alternative medicine such as biofeedback therapy to help you with the headache. This has been effective in plenty of headache sufferers. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the tests done were normal.  At this point, take the medications and see if there is any improvement in your symptoms. Headaches with plenty of other symptoms  may also cause anxiety. That is why the medicine prescribed by your new doctor would want to address this.  Paroxetine ( a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), melitracen (tricyclic antidepressant), and flupentixol ( neuroleptic) all help with this. Take care and regards.

I'm not a doctor and I don't know about the medications.
Look up some of my ideas, and see if these might fit what you have. Then ask your doctor.

In the U.S. we have pain control doctors and pain control centers. In Europe these are sometimes called palliative care? Anyway, you may not have this where you live. These are doctors who work with patients who have pain. Many of them have headaches. There are 100's of medications, just for headaches. The doctor tries to narrow down what kind of headache you have. Then they can better treat your pain. One of the things that is happening in headache pain management are nerve blocks. This is where an injection is done right into the nerve to see if it removes the pain. If it does then they can sometimes kill the nerve.
Good luck!

Hi I have some ideas:
-Has a Cerebral Spinal Fluid leak been ruled out?
-Are you being seen by a GOOD pain control center?
-Trigeminal neuralgia, has this been ruled out?
-What about hypothalamus and or pituitary issues? Have these been ruled out, you sure? Have you seen a special type of endocrinologist who specializes in the Pituitary and Hypothalamus gland. They are called neuroendocrinologists. They can run a complete pituitary panel on you to check growth hormone, thyroid, testotesterone, ACTH, Antidiuretic hormone etc

Hi,
How are you? Hemicrania continua is a rare form of chronic headache marked by continuous pain on one side of the face. Associated symptoms include runny nose, tearing, eye redness, eye discomfort, sweating, nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound.  Physical exertion and alcohol use may increase the severity of headache pain. Unfortunately, the cause of this disorder is unknown. Talk to your doctor about this. Take care and do keep us posted.

HI ask for a MRI of the brain w/wo contrast and a MRI of the cervical spine as well.....CT scans do not show everything and I also suggest u ask for copies of the MRI's and the reports so u have them to get a second opinion...also see if u can get copies of the CT scan...it seems u already have those reports.

Good luck
