Blocked sinus

I've had sinus problems for a while, probably something to do with sharp stabbing pains and feeling my head is blocked up. But my question is, sometimes when i blow my nose, i get blood on the tissue, but only from my left nostril. Is that anything to worry about?

If you blow your nose then it is possible to get mucus streaked with blood in the capillaries within rupture. Foreign body in the nose, nasal polyps too can cause runny/stuffy  nose and may lead to slight blood streak. Allergic rhinitis, high blood pressure, sinusitis and dry nose are the other causes. Hence please consult an ENT specialist.
