Hello kristaface,

You probably have hemiplegic migraine where , the symptoms are indicative of vascular disease and can be thought to be stroke. There are neurological signs of numbness and associated weakness with hemiplegic migraine. You need to go for regular followups and monitor your blood pressure levels regularly.
Develop a regular sleep pattern also massage will help you.Meditation will help decrease pain and increase concentration and self confidence.

Hello Dear,
Hemiplegic migraines are often caused by an inherited genes, but they  may occur in people with no family history of migrainesThe diagnosis of Familial Hemiplegic Migraine  is based on clinical findings and family history. You need to see a neurologist and confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be done.
