Hello and hope you are well.
For diagnosing migraine two attacks are sufficient which last for four hours to three days in duration. There is unilateral pulsating moderate to severe headache. There will be nausea and vomiting with photophobia. It is said that migraines get better as you get older; however, every disease behaves differently in each person. You can take precautions to further prevent any migraine attacks. Do consult an expert on migraines. Keep me posted.
Take care and best luck!
