Please help

Ok, for the past 41/2 weeks, I've had like a constant headache. It will go away for like maybe 2 hours or so, then come back for like 4, go away again for 2...etc. Two weeks ago is when I started getting the nausea, severe fatigue, appetite loss, dizziness/lightheadedness. I feel so exhausted all day, and all I want to do is lay down. I don't have energy to do anything. When I do get a spurt of energy, and start to do something productive, I just really really wore out and end up stopping half way thru what I'm doing.

I've talked with my doctor about the frequent headaches, and she put me on Propanolol, to prevent the migraines. But I don't know if the other symptoms are just side effects of the medicine or not. I'm going to go to the doctor soon about it, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had all these symptoms at the same time, and wanted to see if maybe anyone knew what it was.

Yeah, I just had some labs done about 2 weeks ago. & I did have really low iron. So I have to take 325 mg of iron every day. But that didn't help with the headaches, but I've been going to a chiropractor, and ever since I started going, I haven't had any migraines like before. & Since I started taking the iron, I'm not as tired as I was.
I was thinking that it could be side effects from one of the many meds I'm taking...propanolol, depo shot, and wellbutrin. But I honestly think the fatigue was the low iron. Thanks everyone!

Hi,
How are you? Side effects of propranolol include abdominal cramps, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, depression, memory loss, fever, lightheadedness, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, cold extremities, sore throat, and shortness of breath or wheezing. It can also aggravate breathing difficulties in patients with asthma or chronic bronchitis. You may also benefit from further evaluation and additional diagnostic tests to determine the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.

Wondering if ur Dr did ne testing to see if u have low levels of ne vitamins and or minerals that could be causing this?
If the symptoms are new after starting meds, then call ur Dr or pharmacist right away, u may be having a reaction or it could be a side effect.
