Posterocentral herniation - spondylosis?

CT Neck - what does this mean and how do you fix or treat it?

"A mild to moderate posterocentral herniation of the C4/5 disc is present. This narrows the sagittal diameter of the canal at this level to 1cm.

Spondylotic changes are evident at the C5/6 level, with moderate narrowing of the right intervertebral foramen.

A mild right posterolateral herniation of the C6/7 disc is present."
