Hello, I'm a 26 year old male. In aug 2007 I was diaginosed with a putitary tumor. I was having really bad headaches that would wake me up in the middle of the night, I would take excedren every four hours to releve the pain. I also was having vision loss in one eye, later on that month I had the tumor removed at madigan army hospital. My surgery went very well and I was out of the hospital and walking within three days. I was put on predisone after the surgery to help with the inflimation and to help me heal. I was weaned off predisone by the middle of November 2007. Since I came off predisone I have had daily cronic pain headaches, neck stiffness, face pressure both cheaks, and Jaw pain right side. I have seen every one I could think of three times or more to figure this out. Ear nose and throat specialist, Oral and facial specialist, dentist, natural medicine doc, accurpuncture, neuroligest, massage theropist, and optometrists. I've also been tested for alligerys and recently had a spinal tap and csf leak test done. I have had recent surgery on my sinus to remove scar tissue. I've had three MRI's done, two cat scans, three x-rays one on sinus area, one on my jaw, and one on my neck, since my putitary tumor surgery. the next thing i'm going to have done is a MRI on my neck. Other than that I think that I have explored every option that I can think off. My neuroligest has had me on three different cronic pain medications with little pain relief. I've been on many different migraine and alligery medication with no results. I feel that if I can sleep I feel alot better, but as soon as I wake up the pain comes back with in five minutes or less even laying in bead. I try to keep an ice pack on my head or neck to relieve some of the pain. I've noticed that if I keep my mind bussy the pain isn't so bad. If any one can give me some hint's or suggestions on what to do next to figure this out I would appriciate it. thanks, Justin
