ok doc. let me try to describe my symptoms once more in a more clarifiing way. first i have a dull pain in the same spot in my head when i lay down but it isnt quite a headache it feels like its more soar than anything. secondly i have this blurry vision but i think its because im not wearing my glasses. lastly i dont sleep untill like 4 or 5 A.M everyday and wake up sometine during the day . my question is what type of headache last 4 days with those symptoms.im super afraid that it might be a brian tumor because the spot in my head hurts only when i lay down on it and i dont know if its because i keep thinking about it or if itsreally something to worry about. also should i see a neurologist ?? for this or am i exaggerating?? please help me

You might consider looking at electro magnetic sensitivity -- it is recognized in Canada and Scandanavian countries -- but not so well known in the States.   It is accumulative reaction of the central nervous system to radiation from cordless phones, cell phones, wireless networks,  and even electromagnetic fields (so for example, do not sleep next to a plugged in clock radio, stereo or anything that is charging).    Cordless phones are what made me sick with the same symptoms as you -- they send out signal even when they are not "on."
Anyway, best of luck and feel better.

Carol.

Hi,
I feel your lack of sleep or rather irregular sleep schedule and poor eyesight may be responsible for continuous headache.
A brain tumor generally produces other neurological symptoms like dizziness, incoordination, numbness and visual problems.
I would suggest you to correct your sleep schedule get in bed at your normal sleep time and then if you are not able to sleep just read a book, avoid excitation around your bedtime.
You can consult a doctor and try a sleep aid for some time. If your symptoms persist even after that please consult a neurologist. Take care!
