eye twitch following concussion

I had a pretty good wipeout snowboarding 2 days ago. I hit my head hard,heard a crunch, and saw a bright white light flash when I hit the ground. I don't think I lost conciousness and I was wearing a helmet. One of my friends said I was slurring my words(no alcohol involved) and my daughter said that I wasn't making sense when I was talking. I looked at my pupils in the mirror and they were normal, but my left eye was twitching. I went to the hospital about 3 hours later. They did not give me a CT scan and said I had a mild concussion. My eyes have occasionally been twitching and when I look at something it looks like it's skipping. My headaches are bad and I have had nausea but no vomiting. Is this normal for a concussion or should  I see a Dr. again?

Headaches and nausea are commonly seen after concussion and are due to the impact of injury and not really due to damage to the brain structure as such. I would suggest you to take OTC pain killers and keep a close watch on your symptoms if you develop persisting vomiting, unequal pupil size, loss of consciousness or seizures please inform your doctor immediately.
