Is this a migraine?

A little over two months ago I had a concussion without the loss of consciousness. Nothing showed up on a ct scan. Ever since my vision has worsened, I have had horrible headaches, and today experienced the worst headache. I was vomitting and could not see straight. I also had tingling in my arms, hands, and feet. I also feel a numbness in my face and a strong pain in my neck.

Hi,

Was a CT scan of the head done when you had the concussion?

It would be advisable to get a CT scan of the head done.

You neeed to talk to your neurologist at the earliest and get a proper clinical evaluation. If you have the attack again it would be best to rush to the ER.

Do let us know what your doctor advises.

Hope this helps.

Hi, You need to see a neurophysician and an ENT doctor as early as possible, there could be certain changes later on so do a repeat CT Scan or an MRI to be doubly sure. Did you seek ER doctor advise immediately following the consussion, any follow up thereafter. See your doctor without much of delay and update visit.
Bye.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Get a consult at the ER immediately.

A history of concussion is significant and the presence of neurologic symptoms warrant further evaluation  to rule out other conditions ( eg hematoma)  in your case.

Bring the results of your scans with you for reference as well as all other results of tests that you have.Do keep us posted regarding your physicians advice.
