My Head wants to Explode

Lately I've had dizziness, pain in the back of my head and now pain around my face (sinus) and in the left side of my throat when I swallow and pain in my left ear.  Anytime my head goes back I get dizzy.  So sometimes it's hard to work or just get out of bed.

Never heard of a vagus nerve.  I'll research it.  Thanks

I am having headaches with bowel movements.  Doc thinks it might be my vagus nerve.  When I searched it, a lot of your symptoms were there.  He is sending me to a neurologist.

With such a variety of symptoms, I don't know.  Have you seen a doctor about your symptoms?  If not, see one right away.
