Sorry, I am no expert on laryngologic problems. You will have to rely on your specialists in that area.
I'am still wondering if it can be laryngologic problem. I allways have strongest pain when i woke up at morning or when i tilt my head down it also rise.
I also often feel pain at nose when i got headaches.. but mri and rtg didnt show it.
Could it happen, that paranasal sinuses get sick for some days and then they go back to normal, and they get sick again when i use air conditioning for example ?
I would go back to the neurologist or even a regular doctor could prescribe you the daily preventative migraine medication. Now that you know it isn't a laryngology problem and the problem has persisted for so long, I think it is time for you to get medication. Yes, migraines can be stronger with changing temps. Most people with chronic migraines don't show any abnormalities. The tests are a safeguard to rule out more serious illnesses. Good luck.

Hello, thanks for your post.
I'am not taking any pain relievers - no one of is helping me.
There was only one week, when I took like 6-8 pain relievers, but it was month ago.
All two years I was visiting laryngology doctor, but now I seem to be healthly from this side, but
headache is still with me.
I have checked morphology, bp, hormones, MRI and everything looked correct.
Today I'am going to do EEG.
I have visited neurology doctor once, but he said that I seem healthly, and it should be laryngology problem, but I'am healthy from this side.
Could it really be migraine if pain is stronger after changing temperature ?
Is there any way to cure it or stop the pain ? Could it be because of my age ?
I'am 19 years old man and still growing.
You don't give much information about your headache. Have you been to a neurologist or headache specialist?
You should be tried on a daily preventative migraine medication to prevent migraines. If one doesn't work, they should try you on another one.
How often are you taking any pain relievers? Your doctors should have told you that taking any pain medication more than 2 times a week causes rebound headaches which perpetuate the headaches. Mine didn't tell me.
If the daily migraine medication doesn't work, let me know and I can give you a lot of other advice.
Good luck.
