Why i always feel heaviness in my head with pain in some other areas?

Almost, every day I feel heaviness in my head like a headache , which don’t go even after taking simple OTC drugs. But sometimes, heaviness just vanishes as the day proceeds. Sometimes, my BP gets high (but it is very very rare). Apart from heaviness, I feel pain in my nasal bone but that’s too sometimes only, sometimes I have a pain in my mandibles and I feel like chewing something very hard b/w my teeths to feel relaxed. Sometimes, I encounter such an extreme headache along with vomiting and loose motions, that I feel like dying at that time. At this time no medicine actually help me in overcoming this headache but if I get a sleep somehow then my headache just vanish. Also, many times I have a headache with a pain in my eyes also. I mean to say that every day I have a headache along with a headache in some other part of my face(It can be nose, eyes or mandibles) which is really tough to handle. I have noticed a trend that if my headache starts in morning then it continues for around a week and then it automatically stops for next week, and then it restarts but now I may face a continuous headache in evenings. I am tired of this continuous headache problems and don’t know whom I should consult. Some suggest me I should see neuro-specialist and some says it’s a sinus problem. But my question is, why it is happening so frequently and if it is a sinus problem then it should be my nasal bone always which should be giving me trouble rather than my mandibles or sometimes eyes. Please advise if someone else is too facing the same problem.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

It sounds like you are having typical migraines along with TMJ Syndrome. The loose feeling is a migraine aura, which can happen before, during or after a migraine. If you feel dizzy or nauseated with it then you can take 25mg of Meclizine, three times a day as needed. It helps with both nausea and dizziness (it's not just for motion sickness).
For the migraines, the best OTC med that I have used is Excedrin.
As for the TMJ, basically it is arthritis in your jaw and is caused by grinding your teeth and excessive gum or candy chewing. So, cease any gum or hard candy right away and you need to get a mouth guard to wear at night in case you grind your teeth while sleeping. Advil is best for TMJ since it helps with swelling.
