I've been getting constant and severe headaches, should I be worried about them?

Over the past few weeks I've being getting headaches that come on quickly and severely like a sharp stabbing pain sometimes they dull down straight away other times they get more severe (to the point I can't move) and last longer. I've been finding it very hard to use my hands (opening anything is near on impossible at times) and writing can be difficult at times, the headaches are usually accompanied with nausea and unsteadiness. It's worth noting I guess that I lost a patch of hair a few months prior and that I get blurred vision at times in one eye (like there's a speck that's covering part of the eye and I can't see).

Should I be worried? And who should I see about it? Would my normal doctor be fine?

I think you should go to the doctor. Your headaches are so severe and also you have symptoms from your vision, that's a red flag. This could be due to migraines but better safe than sorry.

Your normal doc should be a good start at least. He/she should ask you some questions about your symptoms, measure your blood pressure, take some basic blood tests, test your basic nerve functions and examine your eyes (especially the eye bottoms). You might have to do a MRI of your head in the end.

Probably migraine but get it checked.

Sounds like painful migraines.

Magnesium can help with headaches and pain.
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause your symptoms.
Vitamin D, magnesium, Vitamin B12, you may need more Vitamin C for bruises (b12 can cause that too)

You can check levels with blood work. Low normal can still cause symptoms.

I don't know your age, but perimenopause can begin as young as 35

Also worth noting that I get a lot of pain (back pain, elbows, wrists, legs etc) sometimes the pain will radiate from one part of my body to another other times it's just in one area.
I also get a lot of bruises, that I don't remember getting they kind of just show up.
