headaches and dizziness

I am a 32 year old white female.  I have had headaches alot for over three years now.  I have had CT scans and everything was negative.  My neurologist said I have clister headaches.  I take excedrin sometimes 8 a day.  Recently I have been dizzy and felt like the room was moving sideways.  My hemogloblin was 6.2 a year ago and I was given a blood transfusion.  My daddy has heart problems and my grandmother has altzheimers.  PLease tell me what to do

How much was your hemoglobin after blood transfusion? Are you taking iron supplements?
You should not take more than 2-4 excedrin in a day unless under physician supervision.
I would also suggest eat regularly, exercise regularly, maintain hydration, do some breathing exercises and see if they help.

The headache,dizziness are all due to anaemia. You need to increase your haemolglobin drastically
The best way to prevent anaemia is to eat a healthy, balanced diet. For most people, this sort of diet provides enough essential nutrients, without the need for supplements.
As a guide, the main nutrients you need to make healthy red blood cells are:
• iron - in meat, liver, green vegetables, dried fruit, pulses (eg chick peas and lentils) and fortified foods such as some breakfast cereals and bread
• vitamin B12 - in meat, milk, cheese, eggs and fortified foods such as some breakfast cereals and bread. It is not found in vegetables
• folate - in liver, yeast extract, green leafy vegetables (such as peas and spinach), oranges, milk and fortified foods such as some breakfast cereals and bread

You should take iron supplementation along with spinach,fenugreek,beets,almonds,soyabean,dtes,fresh fruits.
