sun trigger?

Does anyone find that the sun even with my special migraine sunglasses triggers their headache? I have been testing all my trigger's and I find that the sun is one. Too bad because I love the sun! :( .Any input would be great!
thank's guys

Yes, I do!  Guess we have to stay out of the sun for long periods of time.

yeah, the sun is a huge trigger for me. I wear two pairs of sunglasses when I go out on bright days, and even then I have to close my eyes for most of the time. Wearing a hat can help, as it shades your eyes a little. I've got quite the collection of fedoras because they help w/ my eyes.
That and it's a matter of acclimation. If you're photosensitive, and wearing sunglasses inside like I used to you need to STOP. Wearing sunglasses inside will make things worse in the long run. Changing light bulbs is better for inside, and then wearing sunglasses and a hat outside.
