TTC after miscarriage

Hi!! I have been trying to conceive since May '10, had a CP in Dec '10. AF arrived on Jan 20th and I just got a positive OPK on Day 26!!!! I know that it is normal to ovulate late after miscarriage, but can I still get pregnant and have a viable pregnancy with ovulating late.

If it doesn't work this time, next time try only bd'ing every other day.  The sperm count can suffer from doing it every day, to the point where there is not much sperm in the semen.

There is lore in the world of women trying to get pregnant, that Geritol helps.  However, it's just a vitamin tonic, heavy on the iron and expensive.  It  does not hurt to take vitamins, and if you are ttc you should take prenatals and especially be supplementing with folic acid starting three months in advance of pregnancy.  But even the Geritol people themselves say that it does not increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Thank u all! We bd on fri, sat, sun, mon (day I got positive OPK), tues, and thurs. So I'm hoping I got all my bases covered!! Lol. Since I ovulated later  assuming that IF AF comes or when I test everything should b later?? Quave what does gertol vitamin do?

whenever you ovulate you can get pregnant. It took me a year to get pregnant though after a miscarriage and that was having intercourse during and not during ovulating days, so it depends on the woman.

Yes, if you ovulate and there is time for an embryo to implant before the period starts (say your entire cycle is prolonged this month) there would be no problem with the embryo or anything, it would be like any other pregnancy.  The only trick is whether your body will give the embryo time to float down the tube and implant, before it signals the endometrium to leave the uterus.  If you got a positive OPK I wouldn't waste it, maybe your period is going to be as delayed as the ovulation, this month.

try taking gertol vitamin supplment 4 1 month u and spouse and u will concieve always remeber u can only get prgnant 7 days b4 your period and 7 days after ya period
