Back Pain after D&C

I had a D&C on 6/29. I havent gotten AF yet... but the last few days I have had back lower back cramps and abdominal cramps..Could I be pregnant again? PS I took a preg. test about a week ago before these symptoms started and I got a neg. result. Any thoughts??

well i had a D & C on 4/29/2009 and i didnt start bleeding until 6/30/2009 (thats 2 months later) and i never even bled after the surgey. and im still having problems from the surgey being in pain all this time and i am still bleeding now (for 3 weeks). but they found stuff still left inside of me so i have to wait for the results of my 2 urltasound.
but u could be pregnant it is possible. i took a preg test a month after my surgey and it came back pos. but my hgc levels were going down so i was not. but also your body could be getting ready to start your period.
