blood clots @ 5 weeks pregnant

I found out I was pregnant last week and this week I started bleeding heavily with.clots. I went to the doctor and she saw two sac like objects. She said it could be too early to see anything but she even did an internal sono. This is my fourth day of bleeding like a period now with smaller clots. They are checking my hgc levels. My question is could I still be pregnant or is it likely I miscarried. I also had light cramping and back pain.

Hey im sorry to hear of ur loss.
I got my hcg results back today. Mine went from 3744 to 2190 in. 48 hours.
I get the message but nurse still wants me to scan in 3 days time.
I don't see the point.

Thank you. It just ***** being the weekend. My first pregnancy I had no issues, but I've had a lot of issues after I had mirena taken out. I was off birth control for a year and a half and I finally got pregnant and now this. The bleeding is at a minimum now.

hey i know how you feel i had alot of bleeding and its super scary but really without your hcg levels checked and/or an ultrasound its almost impossible to know whats going on in there.. i hope everything works out for you hun :) there is lots of woman who bleed in pregnancy and have healthy babies in the end :)

Bleeding heavily with clots is certainly not a good sign.  That said, it's hard to determine m/c without a doctor's exam bc I think there are some instances where this happens and the baby is fine.  I don't think it's common tho.
