Probably not a miscarriage, after two morning-after pills in 3 weeks.  Clots can be pretty big, and they do look like raw chicken liver, that kind of texture and appearance.  I'm sure glad you got onto the pill, because it's pretty early to have sex three weeks after having a baby, and you shouldn't be using the morning-after pill as birth control anyway, much less right after having a baby.  Your poor uterus is probably having trouble with all the hormone loads.

Related to the bleeding, if you keep bleeding heavily and it doesn't settle down, go to the doctor or even the ER.  Get someone to watch the baby (an ER is not the best place to have an infant with you because of germs) and go in.  The symptoms for which you are supposed to go in are if you are filling a maxi pad an hour, or getting dizzy or fainting, or feverish.  Any of those symptoms mean you should be checked.
