Did I have a miscarriage?

Hi, This is my first pregnancy and I am about 6 weeks along. About 3 days ago, I had a little spotting with mild cramps. It was nothing to terrible. I wasnt sure if i was having a miscarriage. I didnt go to the ER cuz they told me only if i was heavily bleeding and having extreme cramps. Well that was not the case, but i read that not all miscarriages happen the same way (heavy bleeding and strong cramps). So today (monday) i called my doctors and they said that they cant see me until wednesday. It seems like its going to take forever til wednesday comes to find out. Other then that, it has been the 3rd day since the "miscarriage" and my boobs are getting even more sore, i have been getting more nauseous, and i still feel little cramps and pulling around my uterus. I dont know what is going on. I know you will still have symptoms after a miscarriage until your hCG levels go back to normal, but i didnt think they could get worse. Can anyone please help me or put my mind at ease? Thank you.

Hi there, sounds like you are okay and still carrying your baby. I wouldn't worry. I ended up bleeding and went to the ER when i was pregnant and everything was just fine, sometimes we bleed during pregnancy and as long as its not heavily ( you will know when I say heavily ) then you are fine. Glad you made a doctors appointment but Im sure you are okay :)
