HELP!!!

Hi everyone!
Im new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could help me! Well, I am TTC but I truely think I may have had a miscarriage! I've never had one before and my heart goes out to all of you who have! Well, of course me and my husband BD"ed during my expected ovulation. About a week after that, I had some very light pink spotting, so I thought "Great, Implantation"! However, the next day it got extremely heavy with moderate cramps. It lasted through the next two days, then abruptly stopped. I didn't see any clots or anything so I just thought maybe I didn't conceive and AF is just super early!( 11 days to be exact!) Anyways, another few days passed and we BD'ed, afterwards I noticed several tiny gray pieces of tissue/matter( I dont know what to call it!) when I wiped(sorry TMI) There was no blood accompanied with it and no pain! I didn't know what to think! So I went on with my day and when I looked it up on the internet, Miscarriage pops up! So I was wondering if it is possible to pass the tissue after the bleeding and cramps have ended. I read something about imcomplete miscarriage but i dont know if this is what I experienced!
Thanks for your help everyone!!!

Well I tested this morning again to make sure and got a BFN! So if I was pregnant, Im definitely not anymore!
-steph9803, thanks for the support! Im so sorry that you had to go through all that! It really ***** that doctors think they know your body better than you do!
The doctors will probably tell me its too late to tell now, like you said! It's so sad!
Guess I will just have to try again! Thanks for all of your help everyone!

I'm sorry that you are having to worry like this! If you did m/c they might not be able to tell now though...A few years ago I had a BFP and knew I was pregnant for a little over a week when I started bleeding really bad and cramping...My dr. wouldn't see me so early so I went to the ER where they went on to tell me that my levels were too low for me to have been pregnant.  I had already had 3 perfectly healthy pregnancies...I knew I was pregnant! When I had my m/c in August it happened at the hospital where they found the entire baby, cord, and placenta all together...Even after that the last day I bled which was only 6 days later I had passed some grey tissue as well...Then the bleeding stopped and that was it...I hope that you are able to get an answer, you will be in my thoughts...

Thanks for the support everyone! I have some left over tests at home! I will test in the morning! Funny thing is that my CM is stretchy as if I was ovulating again already!!! Does fertility normally come right back after a miscarriage??? WEIRD!

I agree with Mapes. I would do another test and see a dr if it shows positive.

You can still get a BFP now if you had a miscarriage, so I would go ahead and test again.  If it is positive, I would see the doctor because either you are pregnant or you were, and either way you want to get checked.  I hope this helps.

I tested like two days before I passed the tissue and got a BFN, but it would have been too soon to tell if I was pregnant on a HPT because my period was a week and a half away! So Im not sure if I would have got a positive if I was in fact pregnant for a short while and miscarried! Its just so weird!

I am sorry for the stress.  There are tons of possibilities.  Have you done a pregnancy test since the bleeding/ tissue?  Some people have bleeding during pregnancy that is completely normal.  I would definitely see the doctor if the test is positive.  Good luck, and I hope things are okay.

I think that it is definetly a possibility, maybe it is what they call a chemical pregnancy where the egg fails to implant? I have no idea, wish I could be more helpful, but I just wanted to tell you that I am so sorry for your loss. :(
