Ok.  Well, if you have had your period once then you are safe to take an HPT at the time you normally would.  Best time is 2 weeks post ovulation.  If you have not had one yet, its a bit tricky as you can get a positive if your levels have not yet returned to 0.  Often it can take several weeks, depending on how far along you are.  If you think you may be pregnant again, and have not had a period since your loss, the best way to be certain is to have your dr. do two blood tests, a few days apart.  If your numbers are going up, then you are probably pregnant again.  If they are going down, you know for certain you are not.  Good luck to you, and I am sorry for your loss.

I am not certain what you are asking.  Do you suspect you are pregnant again?  Or are you looking to see if your HCG levels are back to 0?  That info would help to answer your question.
