Having another miscarrige

Question

Well time to add another one to the list - geez I am getting so frustrated! This is my 7th or is it 8th pregnancy loss (there has been so many I'm losing count). Nothing I do seems to make a difference, I've tried metformin, baby asprin, progesterone suppositories and cream and it feels like it's all for nothing. Has anybody used anything else that has worked? I feel like I'm running out of time and options :(

Turns out I'm not allowed to do IVF - they say I have no better chance of carrying to term with IVF than I do if I conceive naturally.

Thank you guys - I'm happy to hear that I'm not the only who thinks it's getting a bit rediculous.  No I haven't yet gone down the route of IVF but I think that will probably be the next step.  My next appointment with the recurrent pregnancy loss clinic is on the 18th of August and I will be asking them if I can go on the waitlist.  I think I'm entitled to two free rounds of it so that's good cause there is no way we could afford it ourselves.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this yet again!  have your docs discussed doing a round of ivf so that they can genetically test the embryos?  sorry if you've already taken this route and I've missed it, but just thought that might give you some answers

This is SO F*cked up I'm sooo angry for you hunnnie. I really would demand you making them (dr's) figure it out! This is NOT normal and it really and truly pi$$es me off that they can seem to make it work for you. It's not fair and I hate to see you continuing to suffer. I really hope that you demand something be done, anything they havent turned to yet. 

You have all my support and know that your friends are totally with you on this. Do they not realize 8 mc is just not right. I mean seriously healthcare sometimes makes me so angry.
