advice please?

I was 8 weeks when I lost my baby and a week ago they took my blood at the obgyn and said my hcgs were down to 2, now my lower stomach is aching and really tender to the touch..has anyone experienced this? The obgyn also said i didnt need a d&c, i took my temp today and it was 97.3...same as always so im not thinking its an infection...im just lost on what it could be. And also when is it ok to try again..dr told me 2-3 months but ive heard of ppl getting pregnant the next month after miscarrying. I was suppost to get my dot today but I didnt so i dont know if my system is just out of whack or what. Im not trying to replace the baby I lost but my husband and I want a family so bad..ive never been through this before. I went and bought a flower and planted it in memory of our baby. Im not sure if it was a good idea to do that because when i see it it just makes me sad. If anyone has any answers to my questions or just a success story please share them. Thankyou guys :)

thankyou guys :) my stomach feels better today. I have A- blood so they gave me a rhogam shot. I have another drs appointment July 13th to get more bloodwork done just to make sure everything looks ok to start trying again.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Most dr's will tell us to wait 2-3 cycles not just for our bodies to heal but to give our minds and heart alittle bit to catch up to the reality of what happened. Every woman's body handles a m/c differently. Some women become pg immiediately and some it can take sometime unfortunately.. It is extremely important to get your dr's approval before you beging ttc again. You just want to be sure your body has fully recovered. If you are unsure or unhappy w your dr you can always get a 2nd opinion or find another dr. Best wishes to you and good luck. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm sorry for your loss. Time definitely heals the heart though. I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks back in October but didn't experience the abdominal pains but keep your eye out. My doctor said 2 months....mainly so you can at least have one normal period for dating purposes if you did get pregnant right away. We got pregnant again in January. I like the flower idea...look at it as an extra angel watching over you instead and when the flower blooms I hope it makes you smile.
