how can I prevent having another miscarriage? I have recently lost my baby, I was 4 weeks and after my graduation I begin to bleed a little. I cried myself to sleep that night hoping it would go away and unfortunately it didn't it increased by the next morning so I went in to my doctor and explained that I had 4 positive pregnancy test and I was bleeding. She gave me two pregnancy test and both came out negative. And she didn't give up, she gave me a blood test and my results came out positive with a 7.8 hormone level. I was happy to know my baby was still there, but when I went back in for my second blood test two days later (since I kept bleeding) my hormone level drastically dropped and my pregnancy was lost. I lost my baby 06/12/15. I have never felt this much pain in my heart. I want to have a healthy little full term baby for my next pregnancy but what can I do to make sure it doesn't happen to me again? How do I keep my baby alive and healthy? :( there is only so much I can take. Not to mention, my mom, my grandma, and sister all have lost a baby or two before. Someone please help me get the right information and guidance needed to have a healthy and full term pregnancy next time! I never expected this pregnancy I lost, but I was happy while it lasted me now I want to actually have one, expected or not expected but without having to feel the loss of a baby again.
