It is not uncommon for your period to take a few cycles to get back to normal especially after having a d and c. That is like a minor surgery. A miscarriage causes alot of trauma to your body. Your cycle flow can change too. Also you can get extended bleeding. I would wait and see and if by march you don't get your period let your dr know. I counted my cycle date from the first day my m/c began. I wish you the best. I'm sorry about your loss. I would just try to rest and relax and take care of yourself for now. Your body needs to heal. If you need to talk I'm here....Best wishes to you,

hello i'm so sorry for your loss , i had a miscarrige at 7 weeks and i was very lucky to have a natural mc , no d n c needed , have you been having your hcg lvls moniterd since the mc ?? it took about 2-3 weeks for mine to go back to zero , you could be pregnant again, but it can also take a while for your body to get back into a routine , it's not uncommon for a mc to mess with our cycle , i miscarried on the 15th of dec 08  and i had my 1st period on the 15th of jan so just over 4 weeks then it came again on the 12th of feb bang on 28 days , so i'm lucky to get my routine back so soon , give it time they normally suggest at least 1 cycle before you ttc again , good luck to you , i'm always here if you wanna chat x
