5 weeks post natural miscarriage and no period

I had a natural miscarriage at five week pregnant on the 13th of February and bled for 6 days after. A scan on the 6th day showed it was clean and didn't require a D&C. My hcg levels were also down to 119 on the day. It is now the 23rd of March and I have not had my AF yet. I'm not sure what to think. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I had tummy cramps last week and thought I was going to get my AF but nothing came. I have sore boobs. Has anybody else had the same thing? I assumed AF would've come by now considering how quickly it all came out and how quickly ny HCG levels dropped. My husband and I have have been active since the miscarriage.

Several friends and I, who had miscarriages, all had a bit of a wonky cycle the first round or two after a miscarriage. I think I didn't get a period for 6 weeks? Even though your hcg levels were fairly low, it still can take your body a little time to return to "normal" afterward. I'm sorry for your loss!
