decrease progesterone

Hey ladies.  I am 11 wks and a few days, my progesterone numbers have been 29,32, 28, but at my first OB visit,at nine wks my  progesterone was 25 which they said was normal.  I am a little worried because it has decreased from the beginining of my pregnancy.  I also had a cyst that was also making progesterone that has been shrinking like it is suppose to.  I am not on any supplements, but I did have low progesterone and was on supplements with my last miscarriage at 8 wks, baby stopped at 7 wks.  Has this lead to a miscarriage , can anything be done now if it were to go down further, should i be worried and see the doctor asap?

When you hit 11wks your hcg levels and progesterone levels hit a high and the level off. I would ask your dr to monitor you closely and have a u/s to make sure the baby is ok. I had to use progesterone suppositories 2xs a day with this baby per my dr. If your dr did not put you on anything then for now things are where they should be. I wouldn't panic not yet. If you still have concerns ask your dr. Ask them what your next step should be etc. Best wishes to you and let me know what happens.

with progesterone, it can increase and decrease every hour.  there are certain times during the day where it will peak.  try not to stress, if the doctor said they are good then they are good.  but it is totally normal to have varying progesterone levels as long as they are within normal ranges.
