Thank you for replying.  No I haven't had any cramps but then I didn't cramp when I lost my son at 14 weeks except he stopped growing between 10 and 11 weeks.  I am not bleeding heavy and it only comes and goes, I have noticed it twice today since 7am and it is not 140pm.  I have a tiny bit on my pad which is about the size of my little finger or even half of that.
I have thought about it and I decided not to go for a scan until I start bleeding to the point where it is obvious.  I couldn't handle going to a scan and seeing my baby without a heartbeat so I think I might try and stay positive and cherish each day!!!!
Will definately keep you updated with my progress.

Karla....dont panic...some spotting is normal..if you are not bleeding heavy with cramps you are fine....Just keep an eye on it if it gets heavier or more red then call your doctor...

Im here if you need to talk...Im sure you are fine

hello .. don't panic .. spotting seems to be different for everyone .. if I was you I would insist on a scan to get some peace of mind.

I think I'd much rather have spotting without cramping!  good luck honey .. let me know what happens
