Have I had a miscartriage!?

Hi all, I have spent hours reading posts on this site trying to find an answer to my questions and then thought 'hey why don't I post my own worries!'
Well,my last period was 25th jan and my cycle is 33days,so I'm guessing makes me 7.5wks pregnant.hace done lots of tests and all positive and had a scan at 5.2wks which showed sac and yolk.
On 3rd march started showing brown stringey and then turned to pale pink but only when I wiped. Never had to wear a pad or anything.
However, on 16th march (last tues) I passed about 5clots size of 50p and bleed fairly heavily for 2hrs. Then not much at all and now nothing.
I had an internal scan on monday and said it had grown to 10mm but irregular sac and couldn't detect a hb?! Is it too early as would only be 7wks then? Also,had bloods done on mon and was only 96hcg. Got another set of bloods later today.
I have high blood pressure so am on methyldopa, can this effetc hcg levels?  
Am in such limbo as no blood or cramping at all,nor any real preg symptoms now. I just want to know one way or another just feel like can't get on with life..arghhhhhh!!

When I was going through the same thing I said to myself "prepare for the worst but hope for the best".  It's horrid being in limbo but deep down I knew that it was the end of my pregnancy and it was confirmed with an u/s.

I shall keep my fingers crossed for you hun, whatever the outcome there are plenty of us on here that will help you through. xx

Hi bernie40 thanks for ur comments, I had blood test yesterday and am due to ring up lunchtime today to check for results.
Will be nice to just know one way or another as hate all this waiting,getting hopes up,worrying and generally not be able to get on with life!!

Hi hon, so sorry you're going through this, based on what you've said it does sound likely that you are experiencing a missed miscarriage, this is where the fetus stops growing but the body continues to think it is pregnant.  This would explain the drop in hcg, little blood loss etc.  I hope I am wrong and that it is just a mix up in dates.  When are they testing you again?
