Please anybody I dont know what to think

I am asking for anybody's help please. I have posted a few times on here and just cant get anything out of my doc. I am waiting for them to switch me to a new ob. Basically starting march 25 took a pg test came out positive started bleeding went to the doc next day hcg was 46 two days later 23 told miscarriage. 9 days later hcg 38 two days later hcg 35. 3 days later hcg 33. WHAT IS GOING ON? I had a ultrasound showed nothing no need for d&c and they ruled out molar pregnancy and ectopic. I just had a miscarriage on Jan 1 of this year and know my levels were back to 0 so i got pregnant sometime in march cuz I had a period in feb but it was really weird I had 2 in one month. Im not sure when I ovulated. But my question is why is it going down so slowly its been over 2 weeks. And why did my levels go back up but now only dropping a couple points at a time. I don't know what to do. I am on a emotional rollercoaster and just need some advice.

I'm sry for your loss. They do say that a women can go on to have a perfectly healthy baby after a miscarriage. That can be the same for you. I know how u feel. I'm 28 and I want to be done by I'm 30 and I only want just one more but instead have lost 2 in the process. I hope that one day u can have the baby u want and he or she turns out perfect for you.

I don't have any children and when I started trying which was recently i discovered i had a missed miscarriage on my 12 week scan.

Now I live in fear and when i get pregant again i wont be able to enjoy, this has destroyed what could of been a beautiful experience of being pregant, so am very annoyed about that.

Now i don't know if i will ever had children and am already 30, so time is ticking.

I can't go through another miscarriage and am still abit scared, especially since this happened on my 1st try, not looking great!

Yes, I have 3 children 9,4,and 2. Thats just what is so hard to understand I have never had a problem getting pregnant or keeping them and then all the sudden bam. No more babies for me. I don't know if it is because i have a tilted uterus or if it is because i have had 3 c-sections.

Each miscarriage is different, and sometimes ur body deals with it differently.  I know it's upsetting and annoying, but it will go down, it will property take another week or so, but no longer than 1 month! That would be the max time, but I reckon it might take another week, It's almost on it's way out, so relax and don't focus on it 2 much.

I am sorry to hear of ur 2 losses. It's so painful. Do u have any kids?

It all depends how far you are in the pregancy, if u lost the baby at 3 months it would much take much longer than if u lost the baby at week 5 weeks.

Also depends on the type of miscarrige with a missed miscarriage it normally takes a while to clear as the baby dies but ur body keeps producing the hormonr until the miscarriage is fully completed. It's also the same with a blighted Ovum. With a chemical pregancy it's normally a quick miscarriage and ur levels would return quicker.

I have a missed miscarriage in Jan 2012, and had to have the D&C. Took about 4 weeks to finally get to zero, but depending on the woman it can take longer, doesn't mean that anything is wrong, it just works out that way and alot of women go through it, but Yes it's very stressful.

I reckon u are fine, ur scan was clear, could just be taking abit of time, as i said can take up to 4- weeks, sometimes alittle longer. If ur levels don't return to normal after 7-8 weeks, then see a doctor.

Don't panic it just takes alittle time, sometimes the levels may shoot up and down aliitle, but there just trying to get back to normal, miscarriage causes distress to the body and it goes abit nuts, but it will level out, plus ur getting stressed, it will go down and it has gone down, ok it went abit, so that's just ur body dealing with the miscarriage, so don't panic too much.

It will all level out, ur body is just sorting it's self out.

Hi

I was also thinking that there may be very tiny amounts of miscarriage tissue that may not even be visable to the naked eye and this would produce the hcg hormone, it will go but maybe take a few months, might come out with ur next period or if ur still bleeding, it will come in time.

Try not to panic, even on ur scan it was clear so maybe it's just taking abit of time, mine took about 4 weeks to drop, but sometimes it can take up to 6-7 weeks for some people.

Try and relax and all will be ok

It's my understanding (I am not a doc though) that your numbers should double every 48 hours.  If they drop at all, that is not a good sign and unlikely a viable pregnancy.

I miscarried at 7 1/2 weeks and it was awful emotionally.  Good luck to you and getting ahold of a doctor that will explain this to you better.  It is all very confusing until you go through it and learn/figure it out for yourself.
