Could I have miscarried?

I am a married 21 year old female, and I am on Tri-Sprintec birth control. I have known several people who have gotten pregnant while on this particular birth control...Anyway, I had not been feeling well and starting having a lower right abdominal pain that was not constant--you know the off-and-on kind of piercing pain? The next few days I had a fluid discharge that was bothersome enough I had to wear liners, and the last day of that, I experienced a weird discharge--clear, but bloody with brown lumps in it. I was very weirded out by that. When my husband and I were having sex the night after that, I noticed when I ahem, squirted, that it was pink, not the usual clear. I am very new to everything, and tend to be a a worrier, so if I am just being crazy, please let me know. I have had problems with ovarian cysts since I was a teen, but was uninsured, so I could not take care of them after I was off my parents' insurance so I have always worried that would affect my ability to have children...

did you ever miss a period or have a positive pregnancy test? if not, there is not reason to be concerned with having a miscarriage.

i've had 2 mc this year and neither of mine was anything like what you describe.  It doesn't sound like a mc to me.  It would probably concern me tho enough to call my gyn and ask them or make an appt for a check up.
