Possible chance of pregnancy (again)?

Okay, so, I had a natural miscarriage around three or so weeks ago with my first ever, planned, baby. I was around seven weeks, and two days before I could see the baby and hear its heart beat on the scan. My doctor said I could start trying again straight away. Just recently I have started to get the feelings and actions (such as bathroom visits) I had with the first baby. Also, my lower stomach is getting a wee bit bigger, as well as my breasts ( my fiance has noticed this as well), so I was wondering if there could be a possible chance that I am still pregnant, or have conceived again (we have been trying), or if it could just be a phantom baby. Thank you.

I took a test today and it came back negative. So gutted and upset :( but I'm happy that you all are pregnant once again with a healthy baby :)

glittzprincess I'm so happy you made it to 8weeks and I hope you make it to full term and I feel your pain as I had a Missed miscarriage in 2012 and in July 15th  2011 I went in to labour 23weeks and then November 2013 21weeks and 6days my daughter's passed away I'm now pregnant 12weeks and 4days I hope every thing goes ok I really do for all of Yous I hate hearing peole have had a mc brakes my heart good luck x

Its possible. I'm march I found out I was pregnant numbers were kinda low was watching them rise every two three days but never doubled. Dr told me I was going to miscarry. I didn't believe them since I had so many symptoms and numbers continually to rise(slowly) on mothers day(may11) I starting bleeding. Hospital tells me I'm still pregnant its OK cervix was closed no pain light spotting etc. Got blood drawn again may 20th. Then my phone was turned off for 3weeks. Dr is trying to call and say numbers dropped to 2 & I had miscarried on mothers day but I can't received calls. All that time passing I believed I was still pregnant finally June 13rd my. Phone is back on I call them like I need my results she tells me I'm sorry ur not preagant I went home cried and still didn't believe well i decided a few mornings later I needed to see it for myself and took a test...IT Was POSITIVE. I called Dr right away where at first she keep telling me that's normally to happen well I didn't think a month later 5/20-6/15 it could still be a strong positive. So she agreed to see me. Levels were over 28,000 I had got pregnant again right after my miscarried with with that same 2weeks and I only bleed for 3days and never knew I passed anything. Ur body CAN ovulate after u miscarry or have a period. So I'm currently 8weeks with new baby and I'm excited I've got this far I have my 2nd apt wed to actually see developing baby and heart beat

Thanks :) I hope I am pregnant again, losing the first baby was really tough as we had been trying for over a year.

If you miscarried about 3 weeks ago it probably isnt likely that you're pregnant again. I'd say its more likely a phantom pregnancy. But Im no doctor so by all means if in a couple weeks you are still experiencing these symptoms then take a test. :)
