I'm 6 weeks and just found out I was pregnant the doctor says the baby heart is not beating. .. But I don't feel no pain and I'm not bleeding and even at 6 weeks I'm showing ...

they will probably have you go in for a second check in a week or so to do another ultrasound, to verify the baby/pregnancy is no longer viable :(
so sorry. I've had 2 early miscarriages and 1 last summer at 16wks where my body didn't realize it also. I carried him 2 weeks before finding out his heart had stopped :(

It can sometimes take an extra week if it was they should have scheduled a dnc if they didnt dont worry stress is not good

Yes .. But he never explained it all he ask was I bleeding or in pain and I'm not ..in still moody and hungry

Did ur doc say it was a miscarriage? If no don't freak out give it a week or two and then have them check again.
