Think i might be having a miscarriage ?

Hi im 23 and 6 wks pregnant nearly 7 i have been bleeding since Friday just like a normal period today i passed a blood clot but i am in no pain and got no other symptoms of miscarraige been to hospital n they could not say either way got scan tomorrow tests still comin bk positive that has to be a gd sign i cant help but worry has any 1 had to same and what was there outcome ? any advice very appritiated xxx

Also forgot to mention on the scan don't get too worried if u don't see a heartbeat yet it may be too early.  I didn't see it until I was 7 w 3 d with my second son.  Good luck.

Yep he is nine now and I also went on to have 2 more healthy babies.

I am sorry you are going through this.  I had 2 m/cs before I got pg with my first son.  I had bleeding till around 15 weeks.  It was a hematoma at first then low lying placenta all resolved and had a healthy baby boy who's now nine.  Good luck on your scan tomorrow.
